CTRL+Tab = Black screen.... help

Hey Guys, So every time I ctrl tab out of a game like skyrim or Middle Earth I just get a black screen on both my laptop and monitor screens... I can only go back to game and now my mouse cursor is over game too and its just skrewed up. The only thing i can do is to restart my pc which is a pain in the butt....

Have you tried running in Windowed or Borderless? I rarely run games in fullscreen due to alt+tab issues.
