IS this a good Build?

I want to build this as my first ever custom PC build, for streaming, light video editing, and gaming, but i want to make sure i do it right and not waste money on wrong/bad parts, since i am on a very low budget. Can i get some help and tips please? http://pcpartpicker.com/list/XJ44RB

the CPU is end of the line and the GPU definitely wont get you far. Look at some use parts then ask about what you find. an NVIDIA GTX 600 series and 700 series are pretty good for budget, or AMD 77xx

To keep it under the $500 you can drop the 960 down to the 2gb version, but with the 4gb its about $510.
