Replacing laptop mobo

Before I start, I am aware that this is a crazy idea and that it will probably not work. I am just curious to hear what people have to say.

So I have this crazy idea of replacing my laptop mobo. That I know is not crazy by itself, but what I was wondering is if I could replace it with a custom made mobo with *some* custom specs on it. The mobo I want to replace is the ASUS X200CA, as it only has a celeron and 4gb of ram. Does anyone know if this idea is possible (probably not :)) and how to do it?

You got like $30,000 to pay a company to design and print your custom board? Small printed circuits are cheap and usually you can make. But large onces with multi layers are much more advanced and time consuming. It is much cheaper to buy a new laptop. Possible but not economical at all
