Any thought on cases?

I'm looking to change my case from the Corsair Air 540. While this is a awesome case I'm looking to switch to something more simple and smaller. This case has been the best one I've had for a while now but it's starting to take up to much space and is a hassle to lift around. So I'm now looking for mainly just a smaller case I also don't care for the window anymore preferably with usb's in the front. So if you guys got any suggestions throw them here.

A decent case for you with USB on the front might be a thermaltake case. Maybe something like a Core V31?

Corsair also has fine offerings. You could get something like the 450D. If portability is the name of the game, you might also check out their C70 cases. a bit more expensive, but not terribly huge and have handles for easy portability (and has a military type style, which is kind of cool if you're into that sort of thing). 200R is also simple and small.

But there are hundreds of cases out there. I'm sure you can find something to your liking. But "small" and "atx" do not really go together. Perhaps consider another motherboard in the mATX or ITX form factor so you can get really small if that is your desire.

While I have enjoyed this case the only thing I did not like about it was the setup of it's SSD's. It put unnecessary strain on the power cable and I've actually broke one because of this.

I love the 540. Can't bring my self to get rid of it. If you are buying new I suggest the 740. I've put a lot of crap in my 540. I like the separate chambers and overall airflow design. You won't regret it. I have 2 friends who also just got it and love it. 

 

Edit* you have a budget and an amount hardware being installed?

I'm just looking to move whats in my air 540 right now to what ever case i decide to go with. I to love the air 540 and it's design it's just my current setup is to small. So this case takes up like all my space to work with xD. I have a MSI G45 Z97 GAMING mobo, with a GTX 950 FTW edition, two 1tb WD Blacks, with a samsung SSD 120.

I am using the Air 540 with two 980 Ti and it is ideal with three 120's adding air to cool them. I'd consider the 740 but I still like to have optical options.

Take a look at phanteks' new cases with tempered glass. You said you weren't into glaspanels as much anymore, but the cases are really nice, and has some nice features; other than being sexy af.
