Do some internet research so you can believe me :

soundmagic E10

worth 200$ competitors

only 40$

I will not ever buy something else if they break one day

Are you high?

Out of the three, what would you get and why?

Well, as you can see in my sig, i do own the 880 which i really like but they are not spectacular.

I also own the HE400i, which is the big brother of the 400S. I like those a lot better but i don't personally know how the S compare.

The 600/650 are generally similar to the 400s sound wise but i didn't really like them as much.

Hence i'd probably get the 400s and hope they are close to the 400i.

I plan to get some new pairs of headphones around the £200 range. (But obviously would like the lowest possible price/performance)

I'm looking for open over-ear headphones with sound that is exact to the original recording. If not exact, I would like something with punchy, but not loud, bass and good highs and mids (Obviously) with maybe a softer sound rather than sharp.

Thanks.

I already have some gaming headphones. I'm looking for non-gaming headphones that are purely concentrated on sound quality and comfort...

OP is looking for over ear open headphones and you recommend noise cancelling in ears. So again, are you high?

No? Only if you compare to really overpriced fashion IEMs.

This is also about OPEN headphones, headphones that leak sound, goes over your ear, has a bigger soundstage than closed headphones

Before you buy amp and dac.  My thoughts on the M50x  Ultimate Ears Reference monitor review I might have a thing for audio...

My main Headphones and IEMs:  K612 pro, HD 25 and Ultimate Ears Reference Monitor, HD 580 with HD 600 grills

DAC and AMP: RME ADI 2 DAC

Speakers: Genelec 8040, System Audio SA205

Receiver: Denon AVR-1612

Desktop: R7 1700, GTX 1080  RX 580 8GB and other stuff

Laptop: ThinkPad P50: i7 6820HQ, M2000M. ThinkPad T420s: i7 2640M, NVS 4200M
