battle recorder

Hi,

I've just signed the petition for Dice/EA to put a battle recorder into bf4. This was started by Jack Frags and has about 11k signatures, the aim is to get as many people to sign it so that dice will know how many people want a battle recorder. Even if they don't put one in bf4 they will know that everyone would love to see one in the next battlefield.

I'm against internet petitions because of principle. And because they rarely if never work, especially with games.

Battlerecorder was requested by esports scene for BF3. It was even made -- inside studio. They used it to make all cool trailers. Reason of not launching it public was because "it would stress servers too much". If they have made battlerecorder for BF4 it might be implemented at some point. No petition won't help it. Even something like client side recording would be fine.

Why's that a valid reason to be against them? It's worth a try, we're not hurting anybody and we're voicing our opinion.

It's better than just sitting here and twiddling our thumbs, at least they get a better idea of what we want. Hell, it might not even show up until BF5 or the next iteration of the BF series but at least they know where the large majority of people stand on the idea.
