They couldn't find a good way to fit it into GFE so it's currently its own program.

Hey there guys, listen, I'm trying not to punch a hole in the wall. How do you access the LED configuration panel with GeForce Experience 3.0? It was VERY simple with 1.7 but it seems that want to give a middle finger to me by burying it somewhere I can't find it. Didn't know I needed to spend an hour on google to find out how to do something that should take 1 minute. Thanks.

When you install the program look for a gear near the bottom-right corner. Click it and a window should pop up. Go to LED and play around.
