Really need help installing stereo

so I recently got a new stereo for my 2001 Nissan Altima but I'm having a hell of a time installing it I need help figuring out which wires to connect my power,auto antenna, and my ground wires too I attached pictures to try to help. the power for my new stereo is red the auto antenna is blue and the ground is back the 4 wires I'm trying to connect to are blue, orange, black and white, and black and pink. thanks for any help in advance.

In my experience you can usually buy an adapter that plugs into the car harness and you just wire the receiver end to the other end of the adapter and then it's just plug and play.

 

If you can't find one then I'd suggest googling for stereo wiring schematics for the year, make, and model of your car and hope for the best.
