Beyerdynamic Custom One Pro Plus thoughts?

So I'm looking for a new pair of headphones to replace my HyperX Cloud's, and the Beyerdymamic Custom One Pro Plus caught my attention.

I'm just curious to hear your thoughts on this pair of headphones.

Are these some decent headphones? It's around €160 here in Belgium, is it worth the price?

The ATH-M50X's are the same price, I assume the Beyerdynamics are the better choice right?

Any other alternatives I should be looking into? I like closed over ear headphones with a bit of bass (not too much though).

They are decent, but maybe a bit overpriced. Mostly because of all the money they put into looks. The DT 770 would also be a nice option.

Before you buy amp and dac.  My thoughts on the M50x  Ultimate Ears Reference monitor review I might have a thing for audio...

Not a huge fan of a 3 meters non-detachable cable.

so you are going to use them for travel? Well the COPP are good headphones and the bass port works, so if you want them, then go for it.

Not really for travel, it's just really annoying to have such a long cable.

I have one question though, sometimes I will be using an extension cable of around 2-3 meters. Will this degrade quality a lot?
