Best app making software?

I'm new to app making and the only software I've used so far is MIT App Inventor 2. I like how simple it is to use but the designer is terrible. What's the best software for making apps that's easy for beginners to use?

I think Microsoft Visual Studio. It supports many languages and I like the UI in my short time using it. However the installation is a pain, Apart from that I think its good to use
