I have budget around $1500 (including monitor),do you guys have the best specs and the best monitor for the budget i have?i'll appreciate build that use corsair watercooling and use Corsair 400C case.

Base total is $1500. I'm assuming that you don't live in the States so the pricing may not translate exactly into your currency...

 

As for the build, I've kept the case but left out the CPU cooler since the budget doesn't exactly cater enough for it. Besides, the air cooler will do fine.

 

I've paired it with a 1080p 144Hz monitor but you can go for 1440p 60Hz if you wish:

He also cheaped out on the MoBo, which is never a good idea in the long run. however idk how he found a 1080p 60Hz monitor for the same price as a 1080p 144hz monitor. seems way over priced

LMAO im blind sorry. either way, cheaping out on a mobo is never a good option, and he asked for a corsair water cooler so you can switch it to the H60 and save $10

the h60 has worse performance compared to the enermax liquid cooler. the z170-e has more than enough features for him with good quality. also, your kingston v300 has crap performance, not recommended.

As a guy that has worked with tons of ssd's, pleased do not get the kingston v300. It fails and dies so often compared to other ssd's that it is just sad
