SSD issue need help

I've brought an new pc yesterday,

Configuration

processor: Core i7 6700k

motherboard: Asus Z170 pro gaming

Ram: 2x8gb

HDD: 1TB Western Digital

SSD: Corseir 120gb

Operating system : win 7

 

my problem is after installing the windows 7 it took around 40Gb storage from ssd... even though all the files inside my drive shows total 16GB...

where did all the 24gb go!

do I have a Problem in my new ssd or what? I'm a bit confused... don't know much about ssd though

If you right click the drive on explorer what does it show?

prolly have hibernation still enabled (hiberfil.sys).

cmd prompt (admin run)

command prompt type (less quotes)

'powercfg -h off'
