Hey,

so I've had a W10 PC for around 2 months now, and I've been noticing strange behaviour in my download speeds and connection. When I turn on my computer I cannot access certain websites (exc. Youtube for example) for around 2-3 minutes. It's giving me a connection error, even though I have internet connection. Sometimes my download speeds drop to around 1.2 mbps, even though normally it's around 5-6 mbps. I've tried flushing my DNS cache several times and releasing/renewing my IP, but none of that has worked for me.

I have an Ethernet connection through a powerline adapter, but my laptop works perfectly fine through the same adapter. WiFi connection works perfectly fine, too. Virus scans are giving me nothing also.

Anyone of you have an idea what could be wrong?
