Get a 600 Watt psu, and a 212 evo then get a 1080, also get windows of Kinguin

Spend a little less on the mobo (maybe get a Z170-A), get a 600W PSU, get Windows 10 off of Kinguin for $30, and make money for a 1080. Should be fairly competent 4K machine...you're a lucky boy...
