So i have 35 euros that  I can spend to make my PC better,and I have 2 options

Either get a 32 GB SSD ( San Disk ) or get another 4 GB's of Ram?

What should I do?

Ram. You will fill up your SSD (not sure if you can even get windows on that). Or save up for a 128/256 SSD.
