Honestly when it comes to ram, just get anything from a reputable brand that is in your budget. There is no particular set that has better "price to performance" because every set will only have a minuscule performance difference anyway.

Is amd performance 8gb 2x4gb 10600 or it might be 10800 I forget xD is that good???

I think you mean 1600. And yeah that's fine, although AMD isn't really known for their ram. You could just find the same 2x4gb kit of 1600mhz memory from kingston for example which is a very good memory manufacturer and the price should be the same. Or just go with the AMD kit if you want.

For budget: anything basicly since money is more important than looks or performance (branding)

For price range: Basicly anything from Kingston, Corsair and G.Skill

 

Wouldn't worry too much on performance side. My comparing on ram reveiled only price related issues. Performance is pretty much even between kits.
