I think once you change the boot loader you can't unjailbreak it. I might be wrong but that's why your phone company will not accept it if they find out it's jailbroken.

to remove the jailbreak I always just go to itunes and clean install the latest iOS version. go to ipsw.me and download the LATEST iOS version for your model, I REPEAT, USE THE CORRECT ONE FOR YOUR MODEL OF PHONE OR ELSE IT WILL NOT WORK. next go to itunes and hold shift, then click restore and select the ipsw file. after that itunes will restore your device. worked every time for me. remember to only use the latest version!!!!!!!! if you use an older version it will fail to install!!!! if there are any problems then tell me and I will do my best to help you fix them. I have experience as I have been jailbreaking iOS devices since iOS 7.

So any of my jailbreak apps dont get backed up? (as i said i have a un-tethered jailbreak so i have an app for my jailbreak)

the app itself gets backed up but it wont start the jailbreak. you can remove it later. but any tweaks you installed get deleted. (dont sue me apple) but once I broke my iPod and I jailbroke it. before getting it repaired I used this method to clean install iOS and then at the Apple Store they took it in and fixed it. they had no idea that it was jailbroken.

And i have a lot of visual tweaks i guess you could call them(transitions, themes etc) do they get removed and just put back to the default?

they do get removed and everything gets put back to default iOS factory settings. once you restore the backup all your apps get restored but jailbreak tweaks dont. they arent even backed up. (cydia wont be restored)
