100% disk usage (hdd

So as the title says randomly my disk usage will go up to 100% and this really slows things down whenever it does it. For an example whenever I'm trying to play a game it will drop the FPS a tremendous amount. Any tips or fixes will be greatly appreciated. Oh an btw it didn't start doing thing until I installed my new Motherboard and CPU but I made 100% sure I put it in the correct port and everything.

When the disk usage spikes up for no apparent reason, the first thing I assume is that the system is paging lots of stuff to the hard disk. How is your ram usage?

This is what messes me up btw. And how would I check my ram usage?

In Windows Task Manager there's a handy Performance tab.

You can open it by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc

its not the memory its the disk going up randomly because of the system randomly spiking
