Specs: AMD FX 8350 XFX Radeon R9 270X Windows 10 16gb rip jaws RAM

It occurs most often when I play games. Literally any game. The error message that displays with the BSOD is either system_service_exception or apc_index_mismatch. I upgraded from Windows 7 a few months back and this started happening. Updating drivers is no help at all and updating windows seems to make the problem worse. When I reset the pc it works well for a short while then it's back to blue screening all the time. I have no idea what to do.

In the related crash dumps and even in the BSOD should be a hex code that could help boil things down to the root cause - check the event log for those and post them.

But in the end, I would re-install Windows 10 from scratch, fresh drivers and everything - I had my own share of BSODs after upgrading from Win7, after doing a clean install all was well.

I'm not sure if this is what you meant but i went to event viewer and it says the source is BugCheck and the bugcheck was 0x0000003b (0x00000000c0000005, 0xfffff8024c637ab2, 0xffffd0002c993490, 0x0000000000000000) also there is a critical level event that i noticed with the source "kernal-power."
