Digital Fan Controller that can turn fans off

Hey guys. 

So I was looking at getting either a Grid+ V2 or corsair commander mini to control my 6 Coolermaster sickleflow 120mm 2000RPM fans but I see that both of these can only turn fans down to 40%.

This is obviously very frustrating as I want to be able to either drop them very low or turn them off completely when watching a movie or chilling then ramp them up to 100% when I start more demanding tasks like gaming. 

Does anyone know of any digitally controlled fan controllers that can turn fans completely off? I have googled and googled to death and all I can find is analog fan controller

Those fan controllers have molex input right? You could just put in a power switch like This.  It's hardware rather then software, amd it will turn the entire hub off, but it should have the desired effect.
