I've been playing H1z1, GTA 5 and few other next gen games and realise I keep dropping FPS and start to stutter. I then checked to see and found out that the GPU usage kept dropping at 0-5% at times which mess up my gameplay real bad. I have a GTX 960 2GB with 8GB RAM and a i7 4690k stock. My temperatures only reach around 60 degrees. I've even cleaned all the dust from my case and components. I really need hep and have had this issue for over 4 months. It's really affecting my gameplay and it's unplayable.
