Computer not booting up. Help Please.

Few hours ago my computer is running fine. Then I decided to clean my computer because of the dust. But when I attached my computer back, I accidentally plugged my PCIEx16 GPU to PCIEx4 slot then everything turns bad for me. I need your help. Thanks.

 

Problem:
1. it wont boot up

2. If I turn ON my computer it only display blue screen w/ pink stripes. (Please look at the photo I attached.)

 

Procedures I did hoping to fix it :
1. Removed all plugged cables.

2. Removed RAM, PROC, Hard Disk and CMOS Battery

3. Tried on different monitor

4. Tried on different monitor cables

 

My RIG is:
Mobo : GA-990FXA-UD3 

Proc : Amd fx 8350

GPU : Sapphire R9 270x

The next thing to try would be a different GPU and PSU.

That is one of the problem I have, GA-990FXA-UD3  does not support iGPU..

ok, do you have any other gpu to test it with?

So i tested my computer now. Im using it right now with another GPU. Sadly the problem is my Sapphire R9 270x GPU.
