What mouse pad do you recommend for Roccat Tyon?

I have the Logitech G240 cloth mouse pad. Don't really know what to say about it, but it works (then again, what mouse pad doesn't?) and it's not expensive I like that it's really thin.

So there is no difference between mouse pad for a laser mouse or optical mouse? Recommendation for mouse pad that has durability, that won't wear out quick...

Hard mousepads are better for laser mice. Check these mousepads:

I used hard mousepad (plastic) long time ago and I didn`t like it, simply not comfortable. Also on hard mouse pad mouse feet will wear out quickly than on soft pad. Is any soft mouse pad good for laser mouse? Are soft pad so bad for laser mouse, or it is important only for pro player? Cooler master says that this one is good for laser and optical mouse....

I would still recommend the Glorious Extended or normal mouse pads.They have a small, gaudy icon in the lower right corner but it's not a big deal.

 

Edit: I don't feel that there's enough of a difference between the two unless you're highly sensitive to it. If you're looking for a soft mouse pad, the thickness of this one has a nice feel to the wrist. I'm using a G502 and the lift distance (until the sensor doesn't react) is about 0.5mm. I'm a RTS and RPG player so my mouse sensitivity comes from DPI switching.

For Glorious I read this, from Newegg user reviews:

 

"This pad is only for OPTICAL MICE! My gaming laser mice won't work because of the mat texture"

 

Dex is to expensive for me.

 

What do you think of these:

- Roccat Taito control - raised logo but probably won`t be an issue

- QCK Mass - as far as I read not durable

- Cougar Control 2 or Speed 2 (?)

- Zowie GS-R (?)

Laser mice work in a similar manner to optical mice. It will work since the laser will pick up on the imperfections in the material.

Zowie mousepad would be good choice for your mouse. Roccat Taito would be good enough to. Check also Tesoro Aegis X2 mousepad.

To not open a new topic  I'll ask here: What is the best of these mouse wrist rest: Glorious mouse pad wrist rest or Roccat rest? I prefer Roccat but Height of 4.5 cm seems too high (?). Glorious has 13mm and 25mm thickness.

Which wrist rest for elbow rest? I read that wrist rest are not good for wrist because of possible health problem (carpal tunnel,...) so I decide to use it for my elbow. I read that this is the right position. 

I have two option: LogiLink and Roccat rest, Glorious is too thin.

I am planning to use it on my mouse pad. Can wrist rest that has anti slip tehnology damage my mouse pad if it stand on it?
