S4 vs Note 3 software differences?

What are the main differences between the 2 phones in terms of software? I know they both run Touch Wiz but is there anything that stands out?

As far as I know they run the same software just the Note 3 is a lot more powerful.

Apart from the S-Pen specific stuff, the S4 has/will have all the Note 3 stuff as long as the 600 processor can handle it (for example, 4K video recording will not happen on S4).

 

If you wanted an S4 but haven't yet bought one, just get a Note 3. It is better in every way (unless you have tiny hands, in which case you shouldn't buy an S4 either).

I moved from the S4 to the Note 3 simply because I'm a video headcase and the Note 3 screen size is an orgasmic win for me. Sure, I could have gone Sony Xperia Z Ultra for an even bigger screen size, but it'd be kind of hard to slip into my back pocket, and even if it does, I'd be quite worried sitting down with it in my back pocket. While I was at it, I'd gotten the Gear as well, nice little gadget that allows me to leave my phone in my room, and still not miss a call while I'm in the living room, or out in the patio. Get the Note 3, it's easily one of the most powerful Android smartphone out now.....

I traded my s4 for a note 3. The s4 still has bugs and lag at least in the Verizon version. I have been happy with my note 3 the battery last all day with no issues. The screen is great and it's super fast. I would say I have average hands and it's comfortable to use.
