GTX 1060

So I'm planning on buying a GTX 1060 to replace my HD 7950. 

I have 2 VGA monitors (perfectly capable of displaying 1080p @ 60hz !)

Currently I have a Displayport to VGA adapter for 1 screen but the 1060 doesn't have DVI-I anymore so can I buy a second displayport to vga adapter for the 1060?

I'm not sure why you wouldn't be able to. Just be sure to get a 1060 with the number of DisplayPort ports you need, though they usually have three.

Yes, getting another adapter would work just fine for you.

Not sure, but doesn't DP need an active converter since it is digital and VGA is analog?

Well, in the case of this guy, his GPU would have at least 2 DisplayPort outputs, so he can just get two DisplayPort Male to VGA female adapters to change both of the Displayports over to VGA. What card are you running, and what Ports do you have?
