Im interested in this too. The comply foam tips that came with my jaybird freedoms are great but dont last longer than a couple of months. 20$ for 3 replacement pairs is too steep if you ask me.

I think that the best thing would be to get custom ear tips. I don't know how much they would cost but I don't imagine that they are cheap. Unless you can get a doctor with those resources to make you some and use health insurance(No idea on the legality or the odds of that being successful).
