CS5 Illustrator question

I am trying to export a logo using illustrator mainly for imovie, but whatever I do, it comes out pixelated. The way I am trying to export it is, export for web and devices, png with transparent background. What am I missing??

Because exporting for web always make the image quality bad. Most website does not support high quality images.

How else should I be exporting with a transparent background?
