Hello does anyone knows what could have caused the problem? I just reformatted my pc and all was good, multiple restarts and was all fine BIOS post then windows. After sometime a blinking underscore on a black screen started and it's taking about 10-15 sec longer now to boot. I think it happened after I installed Killer Ethernet Driver and Sound Blaster driver, but I'm not sure. I'm to a point of doing another clean install just to diagnostic the problem. Also I have my case open and the motherboard hangs on code AE until loads windows. When it's loaded everything is fine and I get post A0.

Any help much appreciated.

You probably enabled boot from LAN and basically bios waits for the network card a few seconds until it detects it can't boot.

Sometimes additional sata controllers on the motherboard have a delay where you can press some key combination to go into a custom menu and configure the hard drives in various RAID configurations. These sometimes are disabled when the bios is configured to not try to boot from other devices ,.. maybe you changed boot order and that includes looking up other onboard controllers which weren't enabled before.
