Now I know it's just over 850. However, order whatever parts off Jet.com and use their coupon to save money.

Triple15 gets your 15% off your first 3 orders (only for new signups to Jet's website).  6600k is 245 on Jet - 15% = 208

(Also once you get the maxed amount off, order those parts, then make a new order, and get the max off again. May take 1 or 2 or even 3 orders to get the full 30 dollars off for each order, but it all helps bring it down below, plus it makes your parents think you're trying to save them money, and they may upgrade your budget)

 

Which knocks the price down into your 800-850 price range. Do that with whatever parts Jet sells and get it cheaper, which allows you more money to use it for other parts to add to it.
