Moving Windows

Go to solution Solved by Enderman,

1) on your old computer, link a microsoft account to your key http://www.windowscentral.com/how-re-activate-windows-10-after-hardware-change

2) move any files you want to keep off your SSD and onto cloud storage or other drives

3) put SSD in new PC and plug in windows USB you still have (if you don't have a windows USB you can always make a new one easily with media creation tool)

-remember to only have the SSD plugged in while installing windows, no other HDDs or SSDs

4) install windows http://www.howtogeek.com/224342/how-to-clean-install-windows-10/

5) when you get to this screen, delete everything until only "unallocated space" is left, then install windows there

6) log in with your microsoft account

7) you now have a clean installed and activated windows 10 on your new pc :)

So I'm going to be building a new PC soon and I have my ssd with windows 10 in it. I still have the box that has the usb stick with windows on it as well as the security code. Would it be possible for me to take the ssd out of my old computer and put it into my new computer and not have to buy a new windows 10?
