basically, i want to know if there is an app that can mimic what the above product does. use case is: i have a large monitor and i would like to watch movies/game from across the room but i am a bit hard of hearing and people complain about how noisy it gets, its not even an option at night, if there is a cable stretched across the room someone will ALWAYS trip on it. there are 3 solutions, wireless headphones, a bluetooth receiver or possibly an app that can mimic a receiver so i can listen to the audio from my desktop on my phone.

if i can go the app route, i could potentially pay absolutely nothing. i already have good headphones so i really dont wont to buy a new pair, money is a bit tight, i have been spending too much lately.

is there an app thatll do this? i have an android phone and an android tablet
