Forza Horizon 3 Online Problems

I cant go online on Forza Horizon 3 because it says there are parental controls set on my account but there are not any that I know of.

Only things I can think of are it's either a bug or someone has in fact set parental controls in IE/Edge or within your modem/router settings itself. I actually had no idea Forza 3 was even out yet & I've gotta quick question if that's alright. I read that it's recommended system requirements for high detail & resolution on PC are an i7-3820 & GTX 1060. Is that for 1080p & would it require less for 1600x900 at 720p?

Thank you, hopefully when/if I get my new PC built it can handle at least med settings at my resolution. As for your issue I'd suggest also asking on the Xbox, Forza or even Microsoft forums.

I have an i5 6600k with an 8gb rx480 and can run at ultra preset 1080p at 60fps buttery
