HI, so I have a weird set up atm, heavily gpu limited as ive observed over the past month

i have an i7 4700k, 16gb ram 1.5tb storage 16gb ram ect though i havent upgraded my gpu, its a gtx 770 2gb ACX from EVGA.

ive observed that my gpu is sat at 99% most of the time when playing games while my cpu is at 25 - 35%

im wondering if i should upgrade to a 1080 or 1070, (yes i want to stay nvidia)

You probably run int Vram shortage in the game you play. 2GB is a bit on the low side for current games. If you play on 1080p a 1060 6GB will do the trick for 60fps ultra. Higher refresh rate or resolution you can also consider the 1070. The 1080 is more suited for 1440p high refreshrate or 4k.
