tunnel bear issues?

so i been using tunnel bear and it will not work on my pc but it works on my phone no issues. so on pc google chrome gives me your connection to the site is not private and it says at google.com and not google.ca any suggestions?

I actually experienced tunnel bear issues as well recently in particular with customizing rules for Windows Firewall in Windows 10 I would add rules and they would keep disappearing. Apparently its due to Tunnel Bear displaying as its own NIC.

I had to uninstall it sadly and install a browser based VPN on Firefox.
