Installing programs for a specific user?

So I recently wiped the family laptop and made 2 user accounts. One for me and another for my sister. Now, we use programs very differently... Like, for example, she uses AutoCAD 2012, while I use AutoCAD 2017. What I want to do is to separate the installations so that she can only access her AutoCAD 2012, while I can only access my AutoCAD 2017. But the problem is, most programs these days does not allow you to choose as to which user should the program be installed into.

 

So, how can I install programs for a specific user? Simple google search isn't helping me here...

Windows 10 Anniversary Update. Should've put that.
