Need help choosing gaming headset

I have a H600 for so long. Mic quality is decent enough. Decent size but there is one thing: wireless

I hate charging it. I know I can leave it at night but I also need to pair it and takes time. About a minute.

Anyway I have enough reasons to move in to another one

So it must be wired as you can tell. I would prefer 3.5 mm connector (USB needs to pair and take time) but USB will be fine

Budget: 50 CAD

So I did some research

Logitech G230 refurb

http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16826197002

This could be the winner if not red. How hard is it to repaint headset completely, even the cotton part. Red is my least favorite color of all. I would prefer a neutral black (maybe white) or best of all blue

So how about Sades?

I don't really care about things like super surround sound 7.1 just a decent one. I have looked at non gaming one but they are too small for my head/ears because I had experienced with them before

Has 3.5 mm conector.

Or this for 10 dollar more with a USB port however but 7.1 which seems unnesecary

Amazon also has AFUNTA

I did read reviews. I am just looking if anyone has used any of their product and can suggest me anything for that budget

I'm in the same boat, I'll just stick around to see what people recommend even though I have one in mind.

Any audiophile will tell you not to choose a headset. But considering your budget, I can see where you want to go. Really, there's not much for you to choose from. Not knowing that much about this price point, I would just go with the G230.

I am sure. Again. I am not an audiophile who produces trance music and stuff like that. Just some casual games (not casual like minecraft but cs go)

Just ending up with cheap usable headsets isn't ideal. Especially with Black Friday coming up if you can wait and save. :D

If you were buying something now then idk. The new HyperX one is supposed to be in that range. I couldn't really go for a cheapo no brand, or a cheapo from a big brand. :P

I was about to recommend the HyperX headset, but then I saw your budget...really not much to choose from in that range, especially if you want a pair that lasts for a while. You might as well save up a few more bucks and splurge for the HyperX lol

I would rather have a combo

just so you know it a headset will be worse than the superlux + mic combo. I cannot help you any more if you are set on a headset
