Update Problem

My Motorola Moto 3rd Gen just got the android 6.0 update. Yes I did mean 6.0. But when I download and install it, the phone does the restart then the gets stuck in a boot loop. Anyone have any ideas?

Put your phone on charge and keep it that way

until the update ends.

Or you could try and activate safe boot

and update it from there.

The update never actually starts, the restart happens and then the boot loop starts but yeah I will try to do the update in safe mode.

I didn't think of that thank you. If that doesn't work I'll try to reset the phone then do the update.

Activate safe boot and then update it from there,

search up how to update your android device from

safe boot or something along those lines.

Yeah I will do the update in safe mode. but the update literally started to roll out yesterday so there are no guides.

I dont know if this works for third gen but this is the best i could find.

Thank you so much for all the help. I really hope this works because the costumer support at Motorola is shit and I really don't want to ask them for help.
