My specs are

hp dl 180 g6

xeon x5672 X2

32gb DDR3 ecc memory

gtx 960 2gb Sc acx 2.0

also windows 10 64bit

 

OK is it possible to set a game to a specific processor eg my operating system and that stuff to my first processor and dedicate my second one to pure games

or does it do it automatically i am confused

Your OS will use both CPUs. So you cannot assign one CPU for a task.
