Which to buy first?

I wondering if you gusy could advice me on which should I buy first? I was choosing between a motherboard or a AIO...At the moment I have a msi b150m nightelf paired with a I7-6700k(i know..I was hoping that asus was gonna release a similar board like the z97 gryphon)...I was thinking of replacing it with a Z170mx gaming 5 from gigabyte or buy a h100i v2..im currently using a noctua u12s...I wanna know what to buy first then ill buy the other one at a later date..thanks!!!

get a new motherboard first, there is no use form more cooling if you cant overclock anyway

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...
