I want to upgrade my pc, but I don't know if I should buy a new GTX 1060 or a new i5, ram, motherboard, etc.
What do you guys think?

you wont be able to see any significant performance improvement by upgrading your cpu. you are better off upgrading your gpu.

a better monitor (at least 1080p) or and ssd. 16gb of ram is enough for a few years, and a 6600k is barely an improvement over the 4690k. 960 2gb isnt great, but its not terrible and isnt a top priority compared to the rest of the system
