If it's a POS 500w psu, no.

 

A picture or the psu model number can help to figure out if it's a good one or not.

That's not a good psu so no, you can't.

 

Try to get a decent 500w psu first. Once you have that you should be good to go.
Even a cpu upgrade shouldn't be an issue then.

xfx ts 550w is $79, check pcpartpicker australia for the website. get that instead, i think its a seasonic s12ii rebrand iirc.
