What is This??

So when I started up my PC today this window showed up. (its been happening at every startup since)
I don't even have a disc drive, nor a D: drive... Why would NVidia need that anyway??

Clicking any o just makes the window disappear.. This is so odd!

 

Any Idea what this is or how to get rid of it?

I checked in CCleaner and couldn't find any 'Run at Startup' files that seemed to relate whatsoever. and I even went into the uninstall section and couldn't find any software under the NVIDIA Web Helper.exe anywhere.Capture.PNG
