Help upgrading PC

Hi! I'm planning to upgrade from an i3-2120 to skylake (in preparation for an upgrade to Kaby Lake in the near future). I have come up with these draft build since I already have a Seasonic X-650 PSU and HDDs. Also, budget for the remaining parts needed is around $400-$450. I have an existing Aero-1000 case that I can use, but I want to use a smaller form factor case for space reasons. As such, I'm also looking for suggestions for a smaller case with a budget of around $50-$150 (separate budget from the pc parts). Thanks in advance for your suggestions! :)

 

PS: The PC is going to be used for casual gaming (LoL, Warframe) and FEM Analysis software (ETABS). Graphics card will be bought after a while, need to rest thy wallet.
