Windows 10 really slow and laggy after update

yeah i think i downloaded the update, and no no nvidia updates

It's definitely seems a latency issue.

If you screenshot the processes tab with highest number of pagefaults at the top, and the driver page showing total execution time based on process, I'd be able to help you a little bit more.

 

As wkdpaul had stated, it seems that there is an issue with your network driver. While you may not be experiencing interruptions to your connection, corrupt or malfunctioning drivers can crash constantly and demand processor time in order to launch themselves again, or they may become unresponsive to commands for brief periods. When this occurs, Windows will allocate processor time to the service/driver in order to keep it functioning. What this means in game is that since your game is of a lower priority to the system than the operation of it's drivers, it will experience interruptions as Windows attempts to save the service/driver. This often manifests itself to the user as audio clicks, pops, and stuttering.
