need to choose a graphics card

hello, I am looking to help a friend build a PC but i dont know which graphics card to choose. the budget is around the price of this three graphics cards gtx960 4gb, gtx970 4gb(3,5gb) and gtx1060 3gb. 

she is planning to be playing LOL and GTA V and other games at 1080p.

1060 6gb edition is out of the question? if so I would say 1060 3gb edition 

 

Edit: I am leaning towards to say the 970 but eh 1060 is newer architecture.

gtx1060 6gb is out of the question because is nearly 80 euros more

i live in poland and the budget is 1000zl, which is close to 220 euros

the gtx 970 has fallen massively in price since the launch of the gtx10xx series

and Amd here for some reason is usually more expensive than nvidia.

but what i am asking is which of the 3 graphics cards i leasted on the top question is better, because they are similar in price
