The case nearly costs as much as the CPU. Ditch the CPU cooler and just stick with the stock one.

 

An i5 + RX 470 would perform much better.

in my opinion no. Save up more and get an i5 and a 1060 or 1070. Also, that SD is going to fill up hella fast.
