CPU cease operations

Hi, I have a laptop iCore5. My previous no problem to play the game, but now my laptop can not work as before. because any problems playing games severe sudden stop or a laptop or cpu no longer in operation. I've been several times reinstall windows, updating the game. but nonetheless cpu suddenly stopped operating. in short, all the keys on the keyboard do not work. like a Ctrl + Alt + Del, do not work too. unless forcibly turn it off by pressing the power button. I think probably not a system problem or softwere, probably or possibly other hardware. I don't know.so I hope you can explain the problem is where. thank you

Well thats not your CPU stopping to work, is simply the PC freezing. Could be a multitude of problems. Are you getting any error codes when this happens? Or is it just freezing ?
