Sudden high CPU usage

Was up last nite and my pc was working fine just like normal. But when i started it today it was lagging. Its quite new and i have not had any problems with it at all. Was trying to find out what it was and found that every small normal program that i usually start, every single one when i start them makes my CPU usage shoot up to 99%-100%. Did no new updates and im not doing anything differently from before.

 

Windwos 10 Home 64bit
Inter Core i5 6600k 3.5 GHz 6mb
MK Gigabyte GA-Z170Gaming K3-EU
 

Anyone any clue what it could be? Or any more info needed to know?

Well if no updates happened then you likely have a virus
