Linux Fog

I am using Fedora 24 Server Edition to try and run Fog. I followed all instruction on the WIKI and I cant get fog to work. Someone please help me.

Try turning off  the firewall and selinux

Not that good with linux. Do you know the commands.

new issue now chrome connection refused
