came up with this build to just web browse and play LoL at 144 fps at high settings. Is this fine? I'm wondering if the 1060 and the VG248QE monitor would have some screen tearing or anything of the sort? Also is this PSU a stable one? Found that it was quite cheap and suitable for my rig. Thanks.

Pretty good. PSU either EVGA or Seasonic. Monitor I mean it is good but for $20 less essentially you can get a very OCable 1440p monitor, but since you are mainly doing FPS the asus one is very good.

Need a budget headphone for under 100$? Sennheiser HD 558 Headphones

Got a Skylake CPU (k) Here is a guide to OC it!
